1. REGISTRATION
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO SHOP?
By registering an account with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders online. However, if you do not wish to register a customer account with us, you may still make purchases on Minz as a guest.
BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT WITH MINZ, WILL I AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS AND UPDATES FROM MINZ?
We want to keep you informed and updated on the latest happenings and offers at Minz. When you register an account with us, you have the option to select whether you wish to receive newsletters from us in the registration form. Do not check the box if you do not wish to receive any newsletters. However, should you change your mind at any point of time and wish to receive newsletters later on, you can always do so by logging in to your account and do so under the NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT WITH MINZ, WILL YOU SHARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES?
No. Minz respects your privacy and will not pass on or sell or share your details with any other third parties.
I JUST CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST. DOES THIS MEAN I NOW HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MINZ?
If you checked out as a guest, we will automatically register a Minz account for you and email you your log in details. This is to speed things up during your next checkout with us as all your shipping and billing information will be stored in your account already. We know, filling up forms can be quite a hassle so we'll do it on your behalf! :)
2. MY ACCOUNT
When you login to MY ACCOUNT, you may do the following:
CHANGE YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION
Select ACCOUNT INFORMATION and edit your login information from there.
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
Select ACCOUNT INFORMATION. Check the CHANGE PASSWORD box and create your new password.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your account password, just fill in the form here and a new password will be emailed to you.
CHECK ON YOUR ORDER(S)
You will be able to view your most recent order on the ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. Alternately, you may select MY ORDERS to view all your orders with Minz including both your most recent order and order history.
ADD OR REMOVE AN ADDRESS
Select ADDRESS BOOK. You may edit your shipping address and/or billing address here. If you have more than one shipping and/or billing address, you may ADD NEW ADDRESS accordingly.
MY WISHLIST
You may browse through the Minz website and add any item to your wishlist. All items saved in MY WISHLIST can be viewed here. You may email your wishlist to a friend via SHARE WISHLIST. Should you wish to purchase any items in your wishlist, you may ADD TO CART. However, kindly note that items in MY WISHLIST does not constitute a hold or reservation of the item. Purchase of item is subject to availability eventhough it is in your wishlist.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may choose to subscribe or unsubscribe from the Minz newsletter under this section by just checking or unchecking the GENERAL SUBSCRIPTION box.
3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
WHEN I CHECKOUT, WHY DOES IT SAY 'SORRY, NO QUOTES ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME' IN THE SHIPPING METHOD SECTION?
We apologize as this is because we are currently unable to deliver to your specified country. At present, DHL services most countries. We are looking to expand our delivery network to serve you better.
WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?
For all local orders delivered within Malaysia, Minz ships via POSLAJU by Pos Malaysia
For all international orders delivered to locations outside of Malaysia, Minz ships via DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE by DHL.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. Minz endeavours to process each order in the quickest possible time and as such are unable to change the shipping address of the order once the purchase transaction is completed. As the order might have already been dispatched and with the courier company, we are therefore unable to change the delivery address.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We are only able to ship to P.O. boxes for all orders within Malaysia only. However, we are unable to do so for all international orders as each international delivery order requires a signature on hand upon receiving the parcel. We regret that we are unable to ship international orders to P.O. boxes at this point of time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DELIVER WHILE I AM OUT?
A signature of receipt acknowledgement is required when each order is delivered. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card with a memo, take your order back and then attempt to deliver again on the following working day(s). Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange for re-delivery.
LOCAL SHIPPING (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
Minz provides FREE SHIPPING for all delivery orders within Malaysia. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment received, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. Minz dispatches all local orders using POSLAJU by Pos Malaysia which generally takes one (1) working day to reach. Please note that some remote locations within Malaysia might take 1-3 business days to reach, depending on location. Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
Minz insures each shipment (each order) during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address up to a maximum value of RM300 only. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Minz and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Minz is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA)
Minz uses DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS, an esteemed and trusted global market leader in International Express Shipping to ship all international orders. For international orders, shipping charges will vary depending on location. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday thru Fridays as above. Please allow for 2-3 working days for receive your order after dispatch. Most international destinations take 1-2 days depending on location. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. Please read this carefully. For us to process your international order, you must read and accept the following agreement: You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Minz is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Malaysia. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility to research this information prior to placing your order. Shipping times are approximate. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and completed your shipping information at checkout.
INSURANCE AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA)
Minz uses DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS to ship all international orders. Minz insures each shipment (each order) during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address up to a maximum value of USD100 only. For additional insurance coverage for values up to the value of RM1900, Minz strongly recommends that you opt for the SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE option which provides an insurance coverage up to a maximum value of RM1900 only. For orders above RM 1900, insurance coverage can be arranged for up to the maximum order value at an additional cost. Should your order value exceed that of RM1900, Minz will contact you and provide you with the necessary information and insurance options to insure your order. Please note that shipment insurance does not cover indirect loss or damage, or loss or damage caused by delays. IS DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING THE ONLY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD YOU PROVIDE?
Yes, it is. We aim to deliver your order to you in the quickest time possible. We understand that express shipping may be a tad bit costly due to the time premium. For customers who are willing to stick out for a less speedy delivery, we are looking to offer you more international shipping options to enhance your shopping experience with us here at Minz. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please refer to our DELIVERY TIMES (Coming soon) page for more information. Kindly note that delivery times are approximate. All shipping methods are via Express Post. Minz endeavours to have your order delivered to you in the quickest time possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will forward you with the tracking information on your shipment upon dispatch of your order. You may then track the real time update on your shipment via the courier company's website provided by Minz. You may track your orders via the respective courier websites

POSSIBLE DELAYS
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original estimated delivery times.
SHIPPING RISK
Minz only assumes responsibility for a shipment while the item is in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Minz will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Minz and will not be held responsible for its nominated choice of shipping carrier.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION
PLACING AN ORDER
When you add an item to your cart, you will be prompted to either CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECKOUT to complete your purchase. You may also alter the quantity of the item you have selected and UPDATE CART or REMOVE ITEM from your cart. Browse through our website and ADD TO BAG any item that you wish to purchase and proceed to CHECKOUT to complete your purchase. Items will be saved in your cart but merchandise availability is not guaranteed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders are confirmed upon completing a payment transaction at checkout. We regret that we will be unable to cancel your order once payment has been made. We aim to have your order shipped to you in the quickest time possible with our Express couriers, as such orders cannot be changed once they have been processed.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED MY PURCHASE TRANSACTION?
Unfortunately not, each transaction is final once it has been completed with full payment received. You will need to place a separate order for any additional items that you wish to purchase in a new transaction.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS?

HOW CAN I FIND ITEMS I WANT ON THE WEBSITE?
Simply use the SEARCH box on the top right corner of the website and type in the product code or description of the item you are looking for.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
No we don't but Minz is exclusively available at select stockists.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM MADE ORDERS?
Yes we do. Please drop us an email at orders@minz.com.my with order details and we will get back to you. Kindly note that custom made orders are subject to the availability on whether the nature of the order is within our capacity. Please allow for 1-2 weeks to process your order upon confirmation. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A REMAKE OF AN ITEM IN THE EVENT THAT IT HAS BEEN SOLD?
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as each item we have in stock are unique and limited in quantity. Should you wish for us to do a remake for you, please drop us an email at info@minz.com.my with your request and we will let you know on availability. Should we be able to do a remake, please note that there will be slight variations in the design and materials used due to the exclusive and random materials used to design each piece.
CAN YOU MAKE SLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS TO THE JEWELLERY FOR ME?
We regret that we are unable to alter or change any component or design (colour, length or material) of the item to suit individual requests. Items are sold as seen and described in the product description.
WHY CAN'T I ADD AN ITEM TO CART?
This could be due to the item being out of stock or has already been sold. The item may not have been labeled as SOLD OUT but if you do not see an ADD TO CART button, this may be the reason.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Minz DOES NOT offer refunds for all purchases made.
Minz accepts exchanges only if items received are of unsatisfactory quality, contain a manufacturing defect or unfit for purpose.
Minz DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges for CHANGE OF MIND.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS?
If you would like to exchange an item due to the above mentioned reasons, please submit photograph of the defect together with a formal written notice via email to Minz at orders@minz.com.my with the subject 'RETURNS' with your order details and reason for your Return & Exchange within THREE (3) WORKING DAYS of receiving your order. Minz will advise on the return details upon confirmation of return eligibility.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will need to return the order to us complete in its original condition shipped to you by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. All items must be returned and exchanged for unused and in their original condition. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. A credit memo will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned purchase. If we do not receive the returned order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities. We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
